The new technology – the automatic film processor processing system developed to produce high-quality X-rays has been implemented. An electronic medical automatic film processor X-ray image is a system designed for moving X-ray films, without human interference but without removing the film and cassette from solution to solution in the film production process. In hospital automatic film processor the processing time is reduced, the amount of films to be processed during a single period is increased and thus less inconsistency in film quality is assured than manually processed foils, because processing time, solution temperature, and chemical regeneration are regulated automatically. There are different subsystems in automatic film processor accessories: film conveyance, temperature, flow, refill, drying and electric power. Automatic processing has its drawbacks including higher capital and maintenance costs, increased chemical fog due to higher processing heats and transport concerns that can damage or kill images while being processed.
